IOMAD STEMA

Project Info

STEMA required enhancements to their IOMAD-based LMS to improve UI consistency, mobile experience, and branded app delivery. LMSACE implemented UI refinements in the Levels plugin and ensured proper mobile app branding alignment.

1) Levels Plugin – Percentage Alignment Fix (Web)

Challenge:
Course completion percentages (%) were not vertically aligned within the Levels block, affecting visual clarity and professional appearance.

Solution by LMSACE:

  • Fixed vertical alignment of percentage indicators.

  • Ensured consistent spacing and clean UI structure.

  • Improved readability and visual balance across all levels.

Result:
A cleaner, more professional learning path interface with properly aligned completion metrics.

 

2) Levels Plugin – Mobile App Color Consistency

Challenge:
On the mobile app, course completion percentages appeared in inconsistent colors (gray and green), creating confusion in status indication.

Solution by LMSACE:

  • Standardized completion color logic:

    • Green – Completed courses

    • Gray – Incomplete courses

  • Ensured consistent background styling across devices.

Result:
Clear visual distinction between completed and incomplete courses, improving user experience and reducing ambiguity.

 

3) Android App Branding Verification

Challenge:
The previously shared Android Moodle app version did not reflect STEMA’s custom branding and logo.

Solution by LMSACE:

  • Verified branding configuration.

  • Rebuilt and tested the Android APK.

  • Ensured correct logo, identity elements, and branding were applied.

  • Shared updated APK for client verification.

Result:
Fully branded Android mobile application aligned with STEMA’s visual identity.
