Project Info

       We supported a leading Australian training and certification institute to deliver a fully customised Moodle-based eLearning platform aligned with their branding and operational needs. Our work included complete LMS setup, custom theme development, workflow enhancements, plugin improvements, advanced reporting, and creation of course content.

We designed a modern, responsive Moodle theme including a redesigned homepage, dashboard, login pages, course layouts, and branded email templates. This resulted in a unified, intuitive experience that strengthens the institute’s identity while ensuring smooth navigation for learners.

To streamline course management, we implemented custom features such as a step-based modal for quickly applying module and section restrictions. We also enhanced administrator workflows with bespoke reports, intuitive navigation improvements, and teacher-focused productivity enhancements.

Our team created structured course materials—quizzes, lessons, feedback sheets, and complex assessments using Cloze, table-based, and multi-step question types. Additional improvements such as one-click quiz marking and inline grading helped simplify evaluation and feedback.

 We also transformed the Moodle Questionnaire plugin into an “Observation” tool, enabling controlled learning paths where students must complete observations before accessing assessments.

Site Reports

        The Site Reports section provides a clear view of overall LMS activity, including registrations, engagement patterns, completions, and visit analytics across the platform. Real-time user status updates, daily registration changes, and unique login trends help administrators track platform health and learner activity effectively.

Course Reports

       Course Reports offer visual insights into enrollments, completion rates, module usage, assignments, and quiz performance. Interactive charts and structured tables make it easy for administrators to monitor engagement, track progress, and manage academic operations at a glance.
